We were in the area looking for a new place to eat and found this gem!! Lots of delicious BBQ food options and plenty of indoor seating. I cannot believe we have come across this restaurant sooner! You have to walk up stairs to get inside the front entrance. You place your order at the counter then you find your seat. They give you a number and bring the food to the table. The lady who took our order and the lady who brought out food to the table were both very kind. I asked the lady at the counter what was the most popular and she told us the Brisket, Chicken, and the Ribs are what people order the most! You cannot just pick one item! The portion sizes are perfect and the food is fantastic. We shared an order of mozzarella cheese sticks, they come with cold marinara sauce. Nice and crispy/crunchy on the outside and warm chewy mozzarella cheese on the inside! So yummy! My husband ordered the BullShipper Burger with Cheddar cheese, curly fries, and coleslaw. I ordered the turkey burger with American cheese and a baked potato and coleslaw. The onions, tomatoes, and lettuce is very fresh and crunchy!! So yummy!! It was the best turkey burger I ever had! Perfectly cooked! Perfect moisture conten... not dry at all! The coleslaw is creamy but definitely vinegar based! Yum We will be back again to try more!! I want to try the hush puppies, corn bread, and chicken next time! Everything looks so good, I loved watching the waitress bring out the orders and see what is on the plates! Everything looks amazing! The food is served on huge platters! You will leave satisfied for sure!

I write very few reviews but this time I had to post. Today I had the pleasure of eating from their yearly thanksgiving offer...a complete Turkey dinner including the bird, homemade from scratch mashed potato with gravy, green beans, stuffing, dinner rolls and cranberries. The smoked turkey was moist and done perfectl. The mashed potatoes with added butter and salt were unbelievable. I love spuds prepared in almost any form and could be deemed a fair judge of the offering. These did not disappoint. My host supplied everything else and her dinner preps were awesome ( although way too much ). A great time was had by all.

The baby back ribs at the Texan are the best in the area! Tender, fall off the bone good. The ambiance could use a bit of work but you don't pay attention too much to that since you're licking the bbq sauce from your fingers.

Retried it & wow it's amazing!!! Amazing flavor! Rib tips are delicious & the beans are yummy! Everything was really yummy & great amazing service. Will be back!
